Breakfast: 2/3 cup granola with milk 300cal

Lunch: Peanut butter and honey tortilla 270cal Z Bar 130cal String Cheese 80cal= 480

Snack: Popcorn with chips 120cal

Dinner: 5 Spring Rolls 250 cal Stuffing 150cal dressing 60cal beans 40cal= 400cal

Snack:Popcorn with chips 120

Messed up with 6 cookies
