Lunch: Chips and Salsa 200 cal 1/2 salad wrap=125 cal granola bar= 90 cal total=415 cal
Snack: granola bar 90 cal 2/3 cup granola 230 cal= 190 cal
Snack: String Cheese= 80 cal
Dinner Blueberry Muffins (I messed up again on muffins) 400 cal Manicotti 375cal =775 cal
Total= 1890
I ate way too much at lunch cause I missed my morning snack, which usually doesn't matter but I at lunch later than normal. Note to self: Don't wait so long to eat or else over eating occurs.
I promise never to make muffins again. And ask for forgiveness in breaking the "Damn the Muffin" contract. Like I said waste of calories.
