Day 1 Food

Breakfast: Granola with milk 230 cal
Lunch: Oriental Wrap (wheat tortilla) lettuce,dressing,craisins 250 cal
Snack: Vanilla light yogurt 110 cal. with almonds 40 cal = 150 cal
Dinner: Cheese broccoli Soup 3/4 cup 300 cal Roll 66 cal Mini Muffins 400=766
Snack: Light Popcorn 100 cal
Total: 1496 cal still on track:}
Damn The muffins!!! They were little but I just kept on eating. Note to self: Don't be fooled by the size. I took this picture of the nasty muffins to remind myself they weren't even that good. I wasted 400 calories, that's more than two candy bars.
Damn the muffins contract:
I will not eat wasteful calories again. Promise!
