Day 3 Food

Breakfast: Bowl of Granola=300 cal

Snack: Light yogurt with almonds=150 cal

Snack: serving of peanuts 150 cal

Lunch: Toast with peanut butter and honey=300 cal

Dinner: Taco Time veggie burrito with no sour cream or sauces 400 cal

Snack: Apples with 1 tbsp peanut butter=200 cal

Total cal= 1500



Ok, the best burrito out there is the taco time veggie burrito! I am addicted. Leave out the sour cream and you have the perfect healthy meal. Whole wheat tortilla, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds. It is heavenly. If you live in Kaysville, on Wednesday veggies burritos are on the special. Try one today!
