Day 2 Food (this sucks)

Ok this really sucks. I feel like I should have lost ten puonds already.

Breakfast: Wheat toast w/natural peanut butterand honey 300 cal

Lunch: Whole wheat tortilla lettuce, craisins, almonds 1tbs dressing 260 cal half banana 40= 300 cal

Snack: Light yogert with almonds 150 cal

Slip up: one cracker with squezze cheese 40 cal

Snack: Granola bar 100 cal String cheese 80= 180

Dinner: Leftover soup 400

Snack: 1 apple with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 200 cal

total cal: 1570



Squezze cheese is the devil! So good, but oh so bad! Two Tbsp 90 cal what a rip off!
